TRINITY TRIPEL
Origins
Trinity Tripel pays homage to Trinity Episcopal "Old Swedes" Church which was founded by Swedish Lutheran settlers who originally worshiped in a log cabin on the site in 1703. The current church building dates to 1784. Founded over 300 years ago by Swedes, for you!
Trinity Tripel is a strong ale with a complex flavor profile and high alcohol content, 9.2% ABV. It is characterized by its bright orange-golden color and its thick, frothy head.
The aroma is spicy, fruity, and floral, with notes of coriander, cloves, and orange peel. The flavor is similar to the aroma, with a slight sweetness from the malt. The yeast used in the brewing process is a Belgian strain that gives the beer its characteristic spicy and fruity notes.
Best enjoyed in moderation due to its high alcohol content.
