Origins

A seasonal variation of our classic Amber Ale is a fall favorite. 

During the Autumn season—when we welcome the cooler weather, changing leaves, and pumpkin spice everything! That is when it is time to stock up on our Fall Harvest AleWhile "harvest" isn’t a specific beer style, it’s a term plenty of American craft brewers use to showcase their fall seasonal beers. In short, our Fall Harvest Ale is a beer created with fall in mind.

Fall Harvest Ale pays homage to the indigenious people that taught the early settlers how to harvest native crops, particularly butternut squash, the signature ingredient added that gives us that amazing taste we have grown to love! 

Food Pairings

Much like our signature Three Sisters Amber Ale, Fall Harvest Ale is a highly versatile companion to American cuisine, particularly foods associated with the Thanksgiving season. 

 

Suggested Foods: Turkey, Steak, and Rotisserie Chicken

Cheese: Medium Cheddar Cheese

Dessert: Pumpkin Pie or Carrot Cake

 

Glassware & Serving Temperature

Tulip—This type of glassware is best for strong-flavored, malty craft beers

 

Best served at 45-55°F
